ROBOGALS
COLUMBIA
OUR MISSION
Robogals at Columbia is a chapter of the national non-profit Robogals organization. We work through creating and teaching STEM based workshops to middle school girls. Columbia students teach these workshops and involve students in interactive activities to promote curiosity and an incentive to learn more about different topics within STEM fields. We work on a volunteer basis and have our volunteers complete volunteer and protection of minors training.
"As the current Workshop Coordinator, I have really enjoyed collaborating with other members of Robogals and creating accessible and fun STEM curricula for NYC youth."
